This is Brian Hancock. I’m the senior
trainer here at ZYTO, and I’m really excited to be here today to talk to you
about a new biosurvey that we’ve created called Foods for Wellness Scan.
And just from the name itself, you can kind of tell the direction that we’re
trying to go with this biosurvey. The biggest difference between this foods
scan and the foods scan that we’ve had in the past is we’re actually going to scan
food Virtual Items as balancers rather than stressors. Just to get started here,
this is the screen that you’ll see when you select the Foods for Wellness Scan.
And starting with the top here, it just says “Please select any diets your
clients follow. Selecting the diet filter will include only items in that category
in the main report. However, any foods that do not meet the requirements of a
selected category will still be viewable in the diets filter.” So as an example, if
you have somebody that follows a Paleo Diet, this will actually omit beans and
grains from the report. However, there is a Diets Filter Report that will show
show you how their body responded to beans and grains. Just as another example,
if you’ve got somebody that is dairy-free, and doesn’t want to eat dairy,
it will omit the dairy products from the report. However, there will be in the Diet
Filters Report, it will show how the body responded to those items that do contain
dairy. In this example, I’m going to go ahead and choose the Nightshades-Free as
my category. It’s going to eliminate nightshades from the results of the main
reports, but I’ll also be able to go to the Diets Filter Report and see how my
body responded to nightshades in general. So I’m going to go ahead and click Next
here to get started with the scan. And we’re going to do a live scan on me. So
often we end up talking about foods from the perspective of what can’t I eat, what
should I be avoiding, and you know in this case we’re kind of flipping the
script here and changing the paradigm. We’re scanning for foods to find out
which food Virtual Items the body responds best to, and the foods that your
clients should possibly focus on in modifying their their diets, and what
they’re consuming. Another difference between this particular biosurvey, this
new foods biosurvey, the Foods for Wellness Scan and the past foods scan is
we’re, we’re also including the results for any items the body responded to with
a 0 dR response. When it comes to balancers when we see a 0 dR response
to a balancer, we consider that to be a neutral response. In the old foods scan,
the, the past food scan that you’ve used, the 0 dR responses were omitted from
the report altogether, so you would end up with a shortened list of foods. In
this new foods biosurvey, we actually have a new 0 dR filter that allows us to
filter out those items and actually include them through that filter on the
report. So you’ll see the food Virtual Items you had a coherent response to, the
items that you had a 0 dR response to, and then the items that you had an
incoherent response to. Alright, so after it scanned for the the foods as
balancers, it went through a small category scan where it identified the
different stressor categories, and kind of ranked them based on the body’s
response to them. In this case, my body had an out-of-range response to foods as
stressors. So that, that category includes foods that would be considered as a
stressor rather than a balancer to the body.
Food chemicals and additives, and then ingredients derived from GMOs. So in this
case I would select those 3, and that way I can I can modify or manage the
number of items that I scan for and only scan for those items that are relevant
to to the person that’s being scanned. So I’m going to go ahead and select those
3 collections, and click Next. Now down here, you can kind of see some
of the things that are getting scanned. Oh ice cream showed up; I guess depends
on my emotional state, I might consider ice cream to be a balancer on occasion. Now that we’ve completed the scan for
the stressors, with it now generates reports. One of the things that we try to
do with this particular new Foods for Wellness Scan was create a more robust
report options. And you can see here we’ve got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 different reports. The first report here we would consider the main report, and in that main report as we scroll through that,
I’m going to go ahead and modify the the size of the report here. As you see here,
it’s going to show me all the beans and legume Virtual Items my body had a
positive response to. And then also the ones that my body had a 0 dR response to. And we’ve also tried to, our design team
went through and, you know, created a bunch of new icons and graphics for the
report to make them more visually appealing. Here under beverages, in the
past we used to only have alcoholic beverages; now we actually have a bunch
of different tea options, and felt that would be a great thing to add. And once
again you can see the, the options here, some of the things the body had a 0 dR
response to versus things that the body had a positive response to. One thing
just to note, and for for you to understand is anything that does have a
0 dR, we do consider that a neutral response and something that would be
okay for the person to consider consuming. So as we go through the list here, you
know, you can pretty much see we’ve, we’ve got this divided up by category, which
then allows us to kind of present this as a foods list, a grocery shopping list
to the client. Another area that we really created a lot more Virtual Items
for was the spice and seasonings collection. And so this is just kind of a
way for people to expand their palate, and look at other options that they may
never have considered in the past, and spices, and herbs that they might
consider including in their cooking. Down here we do have the items the body had
the top negative response to, and normally that’s the top 30 items. So
these are the these are the things the body had a biologically incoherent
response to, and maybe some of the foods that they should consider not including
in their diet. But once again, we want the focus to be on the foods that they
should be including in their diet. The goal here with this Foods for
Wellness scan was to make it easier for the practitioner to interpret the
results of the foods that we scanned as balancers. So now instead of instead of
having to worry about whether something is in range or out of range, all you have
to consider is whether the body had a positive dR value response to the item,
or a negative dR value response to the item, and then make your decision based
