Hi, my name is Maryann and today I’m gonna be showing you some posses you can do using your clever yoga strap. One of the thing I’d really love using the strap for… is forward bends. Yoga strap are great way to make sure that you maintain good posture, while still being able to maximize your stretch into a forward bend. So… as you can see here I have a strap in between my toes and the arches in my feet right on the balls in my feet. I’m gonna make sure that my back may seems so flat in a chorus type and then using the strap I’m gonna pull my toe so down towards my legs. and then focus on my belly button, towards the top of my thighs. You can use this yoga strap for forward bending, stand and up… You can also use the strap for forward bending setting down. Same principles of flag making sure that the strap is in between the toes, and the arches of the feet… focus on, making the posture and pulling that toe so towards the thigh. You can also use this with standing bends… such as one legged stretches, coming up, so that way you can just focus on really relaxing stretch and do not worried so much about your posture. Yoga straps are great way to make sure you have good form, maintain good posture, and still get deep into the stretch whether your beginner or advance.
