Hello Sir, I do the breathing (almost) every morning. When I do this standing up, sometimes, I hear a loud and long buzz. I have tinnitus so the noise is quite normal except it gets really loud for a couple of seconds. This is not bad though, because it actually feels pleasing. I was just wondering if was that something somebody else heard before? or is it just because of an underlying condition I should address myself?

Simply amazing. I can normally push myself to somewhere around 6-8 push-ups with proper form, touching the floor. First time I tried this I did 16. today, 2 days after my first attempt I did 22, and i only felt I needed to stop because I needed to breathe.

20 to 35 – this is the progress on doing the breathing and push ups, my goal is to get to 50 – looks like it will take 14 days total to get there

First time I did 9 push ups, then 15 push ups. I love this Breaking method.
