Well I think exercise for people with diabetes
is something that helps not only blood sugar control, it helps with cholesterol management,
it helps with weight loss, it is supposed to be a more powerful mood elevator than antidepressants
so exercise helps just rev-up the metabolism and it helps people burn fuel more efficiently
and again it helps with weight loss if people carry excess weight it can help people burn
extra fat, so, for so many reasons I think exercise is really beneficial beyond even
just blood sugar control.
