The mission of Campus Recreation and Wellness
is to provide quality recreation and wellness programs that support student success and
promote healthy lifestyles. We strive to educate, empower and coach students
to make healthy decisions. Additionally, we promote holistic lifestyles
and student success through the six dimensions of wellness, including social, physical, emotional,
financial, coaching and environmental wellness. Our department services and programs include
group fitness, personal training, wellness outreach, mindfulness, club sports, intramurals,
outdoor pursuits, and so much more.
