welcome to my channel. This is where I bring you the latest in food fashion and
fitness with an Indian twist. In today’s video I wanted to talk to you guys about
why I started this channel in the first place. I have a deep passion for fitness
and I have been on my fitness journey for nearly 20 years. I’m a busy mom, wife,
I have a lot of things going on with family and my home but this is where I
wanted to personally share with you openly and honestly how I try to
incorporate a healthy lifestyle. I have been so fortunate to be able to work
with some of the best trainers and nutritionists in the business and I have
picked up tons of tips and tricks along the way that I wanted to bring to you
guys. I want you to talk about what exercises have worked for me.
I personally lost over 30 pounds and managed to keep it off for years, and
these are simple exercises that you can do in your home that don’t require a lot
of equipment or an expensive gym membership. An important aspect of a
healthy lifestyle is not only exercise but diet, and one of the things that I
did was I reinvented some of our Indian favorites growing up into healthier
options. And dieting doesn’t have to be boring–you can have some of your
favorite Indian foods as well while maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
In addition I also wanted to bring you guys the latest in fitness fashion: what
works, and what’s really not worth the money. Those are the things that I have
really researched and worked on along my journey and I wanted to share them with
you. Most importantly one of the things I really want to do is to set up a
community of like-minded women who have come together and talked about their
