okay i’m gonna try this workout and keep you all updated, i’m 13 and i’m not fat but i kinda got a bit of tummy fat so i’m gonna try and get rid of it 🙂 –––day 1: i just started and it burned and i kinda took a break in between a few exercises but that’s fine and i felt the burn so much but no results because i’ve only done in for 1 day!! 💓💓✅✅✅-–day 2: i just did it and still no results but i’ve only done it for 2 days!! it was a bit more easier and i’m rewarding myself everyday after i do this excersise with a raspberry and banana smoothie!! it’s healthy as well’ ✅✅❤️–day 3: i did it and my tummy is getting a tiny bit flater!! ✅✅✅

I’ve been doing your workouts for a while now but never eat that healthy so of course I never get results, but now I never really feel the pain in my stomach the day after. I do this workout everyday, but I don’t feel the pain anymore even though I do the workout right. Is something wrong?

I've been doing her workout routines for 3 days plus the Nutrisystem diet I'm following. I lost 6lbs, I'm 5'1 and now weigh 176. My body type has a very high metabolism whenever I'm consistent with my workouts. I've lost weight before and hadn't gained weight for 3 years no matter how much I ate or how little I worked out. Going back down to my goal weight at 110lb by July 24th. On my birthday. I've done this before I can do it again. I'll post pictures on my Instagram every 2 weeks along with the food I'm eating if anyone wants to join my weight loss journey. @blitheco_op
