I have done this once or twice a week for about a month. Already my legs look more toned, not necessarily smaller (in my opinion) but damn do they look good. Please try this.
Give it a go! Started less that a week ago and legs starting to tone up! Gonna keep it up every other day combined with abs workout, cycling, and lots of walking! Also it does become easier after a week!

So excited to do this workout! I had a baby 7 weeks ago and my midwife cleared me to start working out again! I gained like 30lb during my pregnancy and I’m so ready to lose it plus more! I’m also on the keto diet. I plan on doing this every other day and arms the other day while jumping on my mini trampoline starting off jumping for 10 min and working up to 20! I did these workouts last year right before I got pregnant and was slimming down! I’ll keep you posted if I remember. 😘😘😘

Followed this workout religiously everyday for about 2 months and trust me guys I lost weight. My thigh fat was gone. I stopped it and then gained some fat again (I love food 😂)Started again with this workout today . I'm sure it'll work like a miracle for my thighs again

This workout really does work especially since my thighs are naturally big, it helps if done consistently
But i want to keep my booty! So does this workout make your booty smaller or is there no difference in your butt? I want slimmer legs but not a small butt!
I did this earlier last year and kept at it and let me just say it WORKS my thighs really thinned out and when I slipped into shorts that would normally be super tight on me, they were loose and I never felt better about myself.
Until I stopped working out and now those shorts are again tight on me so here I am back to this video working out. Keep working hard! You’ll get there

Last year, I used to do this workout consistently and it worked wonders for me. It was honestly amazing. This workout got my thighs so toned (my thighs used to be touching even when my feet were a lil bit apart, it was bad) lol so if you’re going through the comments to see if this works or not, it does. I stopped doing it because of life and I haven’t been really taking care of my body but now I’m back so that’s step one.

Doing this workout since a monthPreviously fat part around thighs 42 inches now 41 inchesBut I didn't lose any inches from each thigh – 25 inches each thigh
