Thank you for posting these suggestions to improve muscle tone in the arms. It would be helpful if you also included the stretches you recommend to help develop long, lean muscles instead of compressed, bulky-looking muscle. Or is this just a matter of genetics?

Amber, I did these exercises for 5 days in a roll! At first, it hurt like never before! Then, I noticed that my arms had tighten up and I had to tighten my bra latch! I am totally pleased! Who would think that 5 days; I would see a difference! Thanks for posting!! 👍😃👍
I started using this video six weeks ago. After three weeks, I started to see changes in the tone of my arms. After six weeks, my arms look really good. I think in another three weeks, my arms will be as toned as they are going to get.
I used 3 pound weights and I did the exercises on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. My routine was 18 repetitions, 15 repetitions, and 12 repetitions with a two minute break in between the sets. I did the routine as soon as I woke up.
I like the results!!!! The only thing I would recommend would be that after you do the exercises you do some stretches so the muscles will become longer. Also I did a three minute warm-up for my arms and shoulders and back before I did any sets to avoid stress or injury of the muscle groups.

What if LOUD POPPING sounds are heard when performing ANY exercise which requires LIFTING the arms? Using the three pound weights caused me to TEAR MY ROTATOR CUFFS. I experience EXTREME PAIN when trying to use the three pound weights for ANY of these.
What is wrong with you women not wanting to gain muscle? Muscle is what actually prevents you from having flabby arms and it helps you to be healthier and burn more calories! You're never ever going to get bulky by just doing these exercices, it can only help you tone your muscles if you lose any excess weight you might have.
I was incredibly arrogant while first trying this. "3 pound weights? HAH, let me use these TEN pound weights!" Now my arms have fallen off and i cant lift ANYTHING. Hubris
