Even though they are having a great time, looks too fast, steps are too long. Slower with smaller steps is better.

I slow jog 12 miles every other day listening to audio books for 3 hours with a short sprint now and again. Like weight training super sets ,light and many reps.I find long and slow with a good steep hill does develop muscles and burns weight. Having run 41 years , long and slow is for me comfortable and injury free. I just want to run, not race my ego. Zen be in the moment, keep a empty mind, listen to your body ,breath from the diaphragm .Don't heel strike.

This looks wonderful! I acknowledge 'slow jogging' …as THE BEST exercise (of my life). I enjoy it! I look forward to doing it merely everyday. Some people laugh at me for jogging like this, but I ignore their laughter because I am the one benefiting from this "life saving" exercise. Long term: weight loss, overall health and joints that are NOT impacted or blown out! So, laugh away, non-believers! Many "Thank you's" to this brilliant professor (Dr. Tanaka)!!!!
