So I do all of these and switch up wit weights on my back during planks and I been waist training since I was 23 and now I'm 37 and my sister 26 been going gym wit me past 3 weeks but she be slow AF and it is hard because I have a kid and she does all this work then goes back to drinking like a fish ughhh I feel like she just doesn't get it ….girls all this work and then not eating healthy is not going help you get abs!!
