You know, for a lot of us, front squats are considered a bit technical rather than simple strength or cardio in this wod. For me, I think 95 lbs will still keep me out of the possibility in hitting 9 rounds. So you are the GOD! Always inspired by you, and follow some of your workout.

Hey Cole, thanks for the workout. Question: I, and I am sure with the other average Crossfitters out there, struggle with this kind of workout because of the time it takes to recover from round to round. For instance, you take the quick breath because that is your short recovery period. Is there a drill we can run to improve our recovery capacity for a workout like this?
