Your Campus Rec membership gives you
access to a variety of fitness and wellness programs From our weight room in cardio machines
to Group X classes, and health promotion events, we have something for everyone. We even offer personal training at an unbeatable rate. Our programming is
accessible to all members regardless if the ability or experience Beginner Group X classes teach moves
in their most basic form and our staff is always trained to help
you use the equipment and machines Our goal is to set you up for success We also offer Women on Weights and Trans-affirming
work out times that help break down barriers and provide comfortable
workout environments that support individual identity With over 100 pieces of weightlifting
equipment, and more than 80 cardio machines, even an indoor track
and all the fitness classes we are positive you will enjoy your fitness
