P90X is the perfect 90-second warm-up exercise
for beginner rock climbers. Just kidding~ it’s actually going to be a little bit longer. P90X, I hate it, but I love it. All right, P90X fans, we will start with our
fingers, squeeze, squeeze. Squeeze hard to the point that you will see
your tendons. Don’t do it as if you are trying to tickle
someone, ok? Next, we will warm up our forearms, boom,
boom. Stretch them to the outer side of your body
so your inner forearm will be stretched. Don’t dangle your hands like a zombie. Here is another warm-up for our forearms,
bam, bam, I love bam. Stretch them to the outer side of your body
so your outer forearm will be stretched. Don’t dangle your hands again like a zombie, okay? Next, we will warm up our back and shoulders,
bring it, bring it, bring it, bring it, bring it, bring it, bring it. Bring it, bring it, bring it, bring it, bring
it, bring it, bring it. Stretch them all the way and squeeze your
back. Don’t wave your arms randomly as if you are
saying “not my fault.” Next we will stretch our thighs, boom, bang,
zing, zam. Bend all the way down till your hamstrings
tighten up. Don’t just wiggle like a fish, okay? Here is another warm-up for our thighs, gorgeous,
gorgeous. Extend your legs all the way so your quads
actually tighten up. Don’t act like sitting at the edge of a swimming
