let’s take a minute to let go of the
tension in our neck so take a break from work life whatever you’re doing and find
a seat in a comfortable chair bring your left palm palm facing down underneath
your right seat sit on it gently and then relax your right ear towards your
right shoulder take three deep breaths into the upper neck letting in the neck
and head totally relax take a moment let the nose roll down to the floor about an
inch and take another deep breath into this new space and your neck and then
roll the chin all the way down to the chest bring your hand onto your thigh
and take one deep breath in to the back of the neck letting go of stress and
tension and then bring your palm to your forehead and gently lift your head back
to Center let’s do the other side bring your right hand underneath your seat sit
on it gently sit tall and then relax your ear towards your shoulder lean away
from your right shoulder take three deep breaths here letting go of tension and
stress and the neck let your nose roll down to the floor about an inch pause
here breathe into this new space and then roll the chin all the way down to
the chest bring both hands onto the thighs take a deep breath into the back
of the neck and then bring your palm to your forehead and gently lift your head
back to Center
