suffering from cervical spondylosis all over the world the cause of the cervical spondylosis are prolonged use of computers mobiles wrong sleeping postures sleeping on tummy watching TV is in bad posture what is the cervical spondylus in cervical spondylosis the degeneration of vertebrate act the neck area occurs in this degeneration the bony part of the vertebrae they grow these are called as boni pus these boni pus cause pressured and cooperation on the rout that arise from your cervical cord this compression causes pain at the nack at your shoulder your hand till finger the quality of the pain is a burning pain severe neurology pain electric like pain sometimes there may be tingling and numbness to the other symptomsin this spondelysis include severe neck muscle spasms stiffness of the neck these symptoms usually occure early in the morning in alopathy there is a no-fix definitely treatment for the cervical spondylosis the main part of the treatment include painkillers massage and using cervical collar sometimes rest too the use of pain killer is the temporary even the rest is a temporary after sometime the effect of the painkiller goes away and you start having your pain again once you start moving to back your work means if you start taking rest your pain comes again using of cervical collar the collar usage it restrict your neck movement and this restriction of your movement causes less muscle movement this may lead to atropy of your neck muscles weakness of your neck muscles so prolonged use of cervical collar is not at all recommended so what other thing you can do is avoid too much bending forward avoid prolonged use of mobiles internet prolonged use of computers avoid the work we just causing lot of stress and strain on your neck of course avoiding the things which I have told you is not possible for all because the some professions are related to computers and you cannot ever you’re using computer for a prolong period so what you can do is take a temporary brakes 5 minute intervals and during this interval you can do your exercises even sometimes it is not possible to do regular exercises while you are on a work so the exercises you can do in the morning at your home is the best for you i’m going to show you some exercises which will help you to reduce your neck pain this exercises will not revert your condition back to the normal but definitely it will halt the procedure of further degeneration so let us start doing exercises the first exercise is turning your head side to side you have to turn your head side to side like this in this exercise you have to turn your head to the left wait for five then again going to come to normal position then do it in the opposite direction do this five cycles while turning your head side to side you have to see straight so that you will not make any mistake in doing it means like this in this you’re turning your head to the left but not fully if you have to go more like this wait for 5 come back to the normal position and do it in the opposite direction while doing any neck exercises you have to fix your shoulder first doing any neck exercises if you do your shoulder movement it will not help your neck muscles to strengthen them the next exercise we are going to do a bending head laturally means bending your head side to side in this you have to fix your shoulder first bend your head on left side first or you can do it on the right side first don’t move your shoulders like this or this this will not help you have to fix your shoulders and try to touch your ear to your shoulder wait for five come back to normal do it in the opposite direction again you have to keep in mind that you don’t have to move your shoulder start turning your head laterally bending it laterally wait for five then come to back while doing any neck muscle exercises you don’t have to give any jurks the jurks will produce severe pain and it that your neck muscles may go into severe spazam so avoid giving jerks while doing any neck muscle exercises the next exercise is Turn your head forward and backwards you don’t have to turn your head forward if you have to bend your head much to backwards so we are going to do like this you have to keep in mind i’m not moving my shoulders up or down or backwards or forward i fix my shoulders I’m coming to back and going backwards and extending my neck as much as possible and try to see the ceiling wait for 5 and come back to normal the next exercise is chin tucking in tucking you have to fix your shoulder first look at straight take your chin in as i’m going to show you now fix your shoulders look a strait take your chin in in this position you have to wait for 5 then relax do it again relax keep in mind you don’t have to take your shoulders up or tighten your face muscles some people may do like this this is the wrong position in fact it will increase your condition which you are suffering from and will not give you any benefits so the best is what I have shown you will repeat it again fix your shoulder look a strait take your chin in wait for 5 and relax do this 5 repitation next exercise is interlock your fingers and straighten your arms fix your shoulders try to push your hands in the air like this wait for 5 come back to normal keep in mind while doing this you don’t have to elevate your shoulder some people are tend to do like this this is the wrong exercise some people do so you don’t have to do like this first fix your shoulders interlock your finger make your hands straight and try to push in the air wait for 5 come back to normal now the same exercise you have to repeat doing hands upward rotation like this interlock your fingers fix your shoulders straighten your arms in upward direction and try to push in the air relax your facial muscles wait for 5 come back to normal do these five repitions next exercise is you have to take your right hand put it on the head like this don’t bring like this or this you have to make your hand straight like this now try to press your head against your arm and by arm you have to press your head the direction should be in the exactly opposit like this this exercise will strengtn your neck muscles and improve their tone keep in mind you don’t have to keep your hand like this or this this will not help you but you have to keep in allian wait for 5 and relax do it from the oposite direction while doing this you have to keep your pam on your left side of your head straighten your arm fix your shoulders look a straight now press your head with your left arm towards the right and press your pam towards left with your head keep in mind you have to put your this arm in one line and not like this or like this so you’re going to do like this while doing this exercise you will feel vibrations in your face head neck this vibrations help you to increase the muscle tone and muscle power wait for 5 and come back to normal repeat this exercise for five times now again we are going to do the interlocking of our finger now you have to press your interlock hand to Front on your forehead keep your elbows in strait line press your head with your interlock hands to the back and try to press your hand with the head to the front this will give you some vibrations wait for 5 and come back to normal now the same you have to do from backward side interlocks fingers you will keep on the back of your head you will push your head with your hands to the front and you push your hands with your head to the back keep your hands straight not like the or this but straight wait for 5 and come back to normal do these repitation for five remember while doing any exercise you will do it once from the left side and one from the right side these gives you a relaxation and friction from both the sides these are the exercise which we have learneed to relieve your pain and halt youre degenrative with the procedures at the neck along with these exercises you can take homeopathic medicine there are many homeopathic medicines which will help you to relieve your pain and halt your procedure of degeneration at the cervical region but for
