My treadmill goes up to 10 but what I do is I power walk for 1 minute on level 5 then I go for another minute on level 10. I usually do it for 40 to 45 minutes, something around 5 miles according to the treadmill. Results have been noticeable, I've lost 20lbs in almost 3 months.
Are you alive dr after this?

I recently started this type of training after ballooning to 295 pounds, i do on an incline at speed 10 for 45 seconds, i think 10 seconds would be far too easy even at my weight. I do 5 sets and rest 1 min, it's not too taxing really but does get me out of breath.
I've been doing 35 seconds burpees, 1:30 rest. For a while I was doing 20 on 10 off traditional tabata, but I've seen videos of people doing longer intervals with greater rest so you can "burst" 100% every time. Either way sucks haha but you feel amazing!

I will do this for two weeks 30 minutes 5 times a week, i will eat way less then i use to, if i lose alot of weight i will reply on results.

I lost 18 lbs in three weeks. I ate nothing but two steambag meals a day. One in the morning, and one after my evening run. I ran at least 4 miles a day, 5 days a week. The last two weeks, I ran 2 miles normally, then I would alternate between a full sprint for 1/4 mile and power walking for 1/4 mile. I did that for 2 miles. 18 lbs in three weeks!
I am running for 30 min continously at constant pace of 7.5 miles. And after that I run 3 sets each 5 min with 30 sec sprinting and 30 sec resting at 11.5 mph. My question is should I stop that 30 min continous sprint and serve all the energy in this on/off running session of HIIT?
Sir i am t4 paraplegic i weigh 220 pounds and height is 159 cm age was 21 .I want to know how many calories are burnt in wheelchair propelling per hour and my BMR too.

if you can’t jump off in time or split your legs open to stand on each side of treadmill, you have no business doing this sprint workout.
