You are very strong. I paused and did these exercises after each demo, but with smaller weights and found them hard, even though I go to cardio chisel at the gym twice a week. I'm just a few years older than you. Nice job. Thanks for helping us be our best selves.

Thank you for sharing this amazing workout that targets the arms…My grandmother suffered from severe osteoporosis so strength training workouts are my vitamins for my bones! If your viewers are having a difficult time becoming motivated to lifting weights…think of the training as Vitamins for the mind and body – Strength training is much safer than pharmaceuticals which can have many side effects and do not improve body definition and mind health.
Since I already have a strength routine in my exercise program, I did two sets of arms and followed it with two sets of your "Top 5 Total Body Exercises You Can Do At Home", which targets the legs. I also added 2.5 pound ankle weights for the leg workout to create more of a challenge. I feel the burn and will for a few more days!
Your personal trainer is fabulous in his techniques of targeting our much needed muscle groups. I am adding your strength training workouts to my weekly routine.

As I had brought my lunch to my desk while I was watched your arm workout, and I looked at my lunch and realized, I couldn't eat that while watching you. So I immediately began to work out my arms.
