this was tough. I just finished it, i was drenched in no time!!!! This is the hardest work out i have ever done. I will not recommend working out with those shoes though.
I'm 62 years old, is this good to my belly or core? This is my only problem area.
Finished it twice within 4 days. I found the intensity to be intermediate. Next time, I'll try to finish it under 40 minutes.

Oh my goodness. I don't know if only I think like this but in my opinion these moves were too complicated. Like really. Try to put in moves everybody knows because they can kill too. Really, you do not have to make moves as "advanced" like these This workout? I do not think it was a good idea to click on it. I is terrible. Or just you should learn how to explain exercises. Because this is a disaster (I mean especially exercises in the middle of workout) Exercises in the end were very enjoyable. So thank you for them

Spine should be neutral or in flexion for abs in a supine position. She is in extension. Be careful if duplicating this a home!

How come I felt it in my shoulders my legs and my hands and I didnt feel it in my abs

It hurted my hands! can you post something about the correct posture of hands in planks, I mean, somethig that free the presure on the base of the palms. Is it posible please? Or it is just me who feel this pain….. 🙁 ( I don't have any injury) Help!
