[Music] everyone will come to my side pop again so for this video I’m trying the versatile Vicky oatmeal diet plan which actually ate oatmeal through the entire week so yep I got my notes here so in case I just forgot what I wanted to say on the meal yeah and I just want to share what I’ve experienced throughout the whole week it just you know following versatile Vicky oatmeal diet plan and I just wanted to try this diet plan because it looks so much healthier compared to those like k-pop idols diet plan and yeah I just wanted to try something healthier so to make this overnight oats you will need 5 tbsp of oats and then 10 tablespoons of yogurt you can use Greek yogurt or any yogurt and also 1 tsp of flexi and then half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and also a few almonds and honey is an optional you can add it in your overnight oats or not and also you will need one chopped up or to have it with the overnight oats in the morning so the very first step is to take your old 5 tablespoon of oats and put it in your container I don’t have a mason jar so I am using a small container after that you will need to add 10 tablespoon of yogurt [Music] and then you need to add one teaspoon of flaxseed necks and also have a tip teaspoon of cinnamon powder and then a few almonds and last is honey [Music] I have my chopped apples right here and this is my overnight oats so it kind of look like this and we need to mix it up first [Music] [Music] so now I have my green tea powder here and this is just hot water [Music] and this is what my breakfast looks like it looks quite good though okay now I’m going to try the overnight oats mm-hmm it tastes pretty good actually like if you don’t have any problem with cinnamon powder I think it will like this hmm I feel very good and refreshing and yep I forgot to show you the time it’s actually 10:00 in the morning and it’s Monday 15 October portion it’s it’s not that small I think it’s the right amount of portion and for the green tea I’m not using any sugar or stevia but if you want I think you can use stevia so yeah green tea just tastes like green tea I’m just going to cop this down so I’m finish with the green tea and yep I’m going to have the o-rings done now this is my last bite and overall the breakfast I’m very satisfied with it because of the portion size it’s actually quite a lot and it’s also pretty feeling so yeah I think I can I won’t feel hungry until lunch yep this is you’re even going to make it [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] right now it’s 1224 and now I have my old omelet with me and I’m going to give it a try it smells really good hmm oh hey so I know what deal lives taste right now is the deal it tastes a little bit like there’s a scent of it but it’s not bad and I think it’s very healthy and it’s quite delicious for me I’m not really a picky eater so yeah the portion is also pretty good like it’s not last and I’m still not really that hungry for lunch yet but I just want to just eat on time you know right now it’s 4:20 6 p.m. in the evening and I’m going to make the old spell and the ingredients I have here is for one portion and here I have 1/2 cup of oats and then some corn flakes and then one tablespoon of chopped onions and also one tablespoon of chopped bell pepper and then I also have like 1/2 tablespoon of chopped gherkins and then I also have some chopped chili here’s like just a little bit and then also I have my lemon juice yes and also of course my chopped cucumbers and tomatoes the chopped tomato is like 1 and 1/2 tbsp and then for the cucumber it’s only 1 tbsp yep so that’s all of the ingredients for the old spell and it’s for one portion [Music] so right now I’ve just done roasting the oats and I’m going to transfer all the ingredients into the bowl [Music] [Music] [Music] right now so I’m just going to have a bite and tell you guys how it tastes it’s not bad actually like I kind of like it because it’s a little bit sour because I like sour foods because of the gherkins and the lemon juice that’s why it’s like a little bit more sour there’s a lot of crunch it’s just that the smell of gherkins is pretty strong my last bite not really overall I’m really satisfied with the meal it’s also pretty delicious so I really recommend you guys to try it at home it’s just that it takes a lot of ingredients and chopping yeah you know I’m going to make the fat cutter tea I got my 1 liter of water right here and then these are in mint leaves I got 25 min leaves in here and also 1 TSP of cinnamon powder and 1 tablespoon of green tea powder and also 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger [Music] [Music] cutter T that I mean and I’m going to try it now it tastes a little bit bitter but it’s not that bad compared to the turmeric turmeric drink that I tried before I think I’m just gonna go up this down it’s 6:00 p.m. right now and I’m going to have my papaya it’s 7:15 p.m. right now and I’m going to make the oatmeal so the ingredients for the oatmeal are 3 to 4 tbsp of oats and then 1 TSP of flax seed and then three to four slices of prunes and also four to five slices of almonds and I also have 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water [Music] so I’ve done cooking the oatmeal and you also need half chopped apples for the toppings and and 2 tbsp of honey [Music] and a pinch of cinnamon powder now I’m gonna mix all this up this is my dinner I’m going to try the oatmeal first it’s delicious I think all of the milk tastes delicious to me like there’s nothing weird I finished my green tea and my oatmeal it’s only laughs a little bit [Music] so all the meals are actually pretty delicious for me like it doesn’t taste bad except for the fat cutter tea I don’t really like that but yeah overall it is quite delicious for me because usually diet foods are pretty boring like just boiled eggs sweet potatoes and apples those are just very basic foods if I were to rank all the meal that I’ve tried in this diet plan I would say that the most delicious one is the overnight oats and then followed by the oats bell and then the oatmeal that I have for dinner and the last one is the omelet yeah so so far this is like the best diet plan that I’ve ever followed because I just truly enjoy every meal and I also feel fully satisfied after each meal I also like how the recipes contains a lot of healthy and nutritious ingredients and also like a lot of hurts in it so that the food tasted more savory I would say that each meal is quite fooling but in a healthy and light way so I don’t feel like how I usually felt after eating heavy foods like bread or pasta and my body just feels lighter and healthier day-by-day after following this diet and I don’t think I need to explain the benefits of oatmeal’s because a lot of people already know the benefits of oatmeal there are like tons of benefits you can actually google them if you don’t really know about it and what I really don’t like about this diet plan is that every time I want to eat I need to go to the kitchen and spend some time very like chopping stuff and cooking stuff which can be a hassle for people who have busy schedules and if you want to follow this diet plan you will need to buy a whole lots of ingredients of course I will list them down in the description box below I will be lying if I say that I didn’t feel hungry for the entire week following this diet plan of course I did feel hungry but I am NOT starving I just felt hungry and then I will get over it once I have my dinner in this diet plan the breakfast and dinner is what makes me more fuller compared to the other meals yes so I think the breakfast and dinner is the most important one so overall I would recommend people to follow this diet if they want to you know for people who are lazy to exercise I think this diet is quite healthy and it’s alright for people to follow yeah it’s just that it takes you know some time and efforts for you to follow this diet because there’s quite a lot of cooking’s that you need to do but it’s not really that hard the cooking’s it’s very easy and simple cooking’s yep so that’s it for today’s video I hope you guys enjoyed this video and don’t forget
