Do these bulid the shoulders really good
Hey guys, I've got a question about position of the body when performing pike push ups. I have been doing them for a long time but with this exercise it is really easy to lose your position of your hips thus losing effectiveness of the exercise. Also starting position is hard to stay consistent on. You can be more vertical someday or less other day etc. Do you have any suggestions or sequence to get in correct starting position everytime we start the exercise. Also I have noticed if I try to go too vertical my shoulders hurt even at first rep, this is not easily happening on the elevated progressions of the exercise though. Thanks in advance.
Its a really good exercise, I've tried this couple of times at home and now i'm getting used to it now. Thanks for that
Fantastic videos guys! Purchased my handstand e-book and seeing some great progressions after 3 weeks. I have started to add these pike push-ups into my routine and needed to see the correct form so thank you! Can I ask where did you guys get your wrist wraps? Can you recommend a pair?
At what point do you advise ppl raise the hands to allow the head to go lower & get a bigger ROM ? Does it make a difference in the long run because one day I want to be able to do HSPU with that same full ROM?
