Strength is no problem with that. But i have some blood pressure problems, so i got dizzy after a few push ups, is there something i can do to work that?
I see so many people trying to do this when they can't hold a handstand. Being able to hold a freestanding HS will make this skill SO much more easy to learn

On my training I could do max 4 free handstand push ups. When im alone at home I can do max 4 free HSPU, BUT TODAY I was doing it in my class(high school) and I DID 20 in a ROW !!! FREE HANDSTAND PUSH UPS I WAS FUCKING HAPPY everybody was watching me 😀 The push ups were wery easy like dips i could not believed my eyes ( its like ony my trainig is 75% STRENGHT iblocked by mind ) I did 3 times more reps than normal. And of course on my training I could do max 5 as usual :D….

the worst exercise .Success with wall support.. without wall support failed.. first attempt my elbow collapsed , my head go straight to the floor , fucking hurt .. nxt attempt , over kick ! my elbow didn't collapse but my upper back , again straight to he floor.. my chest got hurt coz of impct.. its nice experience for bigginers… now i can do reps without wall supprt ..

I been doin handstand pushups on and off for a yr….still use the wall. But I def been gaining in my shoulders, upper back, triceps, and traps. Fuckin love these, dips, back pushups, and pullups.

I've been doing this for years but not regularly. But every time I do this I prefer to bump my foot against the wall initially and then I manage to keep my foot in the air.

i tried hspu negatives for a long time with no progress, but i worked the tuck planche, and now my hspu without the wall feel stable (at least until my strength is drained out). if any of you seem hopeless with your hspu, you can try some planche work. it really helped me more than negatives. but you should still do wall hspu.
My arms are kind of long to do handstand pushups. Do you go all the way down or half way?

I started doing handstand for about a month ago. I did 1 hour practice in the weekends and 15-30 minutes after School. Now i can hold it for about 45 seconds and i can do a handstand push up. ( 3/4 way down) Nice tutorial bro i helped. 😉
