Hi Daniel, after watching that film I am a bit surprised.Why don't you recommend to do the pushups, as some cali practitioners do with the pelvic tilt-close to a body hollow.Secondly, why keeping the elbows aside is erroneous?I have heard some opinions that this kind of keeping elbows is not a mistake but rather a variation of a pushup when you want to put the pressure on the chest rather than triceps.Thanks a lot in advance.Brgds
