hey guys funk Roberts here from over 40 alpha comm and today I have a home chest workout specifically for us guys over 40 man you know as we get old as we get older we do suffer from what's called sarcopenia which is the natural loss of muscles so we have to do what we can to build muscle so today all you need to do is grab two dumbbells get a little bit of space I'm gonna show you exactly how you can build up your chest in your pecs in the comfort of your own home so with this workout we're gonna do four exercises and we're gonna do each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other so not a lot of rest in between once we're done I want you to rest for a minute – – and then repeat for three rounds but you know what I'm gonna take you through this workout and show you guys how to build that chest with for exercise at home let's get started my first exercise are dumbbell push-ups so this is just a regular pushup where you're doing it on the dumbbell so you can get a little bit more range of motion make sure you lock out at the top exhale on the way up inhale on the way down keeping that core tight and really focusing on the chest – in the water next up our Close Grip chest press so now we're actually flexing those dumbbells together and we're pressing straight up you can see that my elbows are right beside my body which focus on the upper chest upper pecs doing the work as an excellent way up next up our alternating chest press so now your chest and you're gonna feel your chest and you're just alternating so you can see my elbows are at a 45 degree angle try not to flare those elbows up and press right above your eyes because that'll really engage the pecs finally we have plies with our leg up so now we're doing flies as you can see I have a slight bend in my elbows and with my legs up we're just engaging the core a little bit more you don't have to do it that way but it's just an extra and so there you have a guy's an awesome chest workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home just using a set of dumbbells I use 30 pounds and you know what when you look at this and my look look easy but I'm telling you right now once you get it done once you start performing those exercises one after the other like that right at that speed it will be very very tough and you will start to see great results now that's something that I would do once a week and you know what if there if you do have you're lacking a little bit in the PEC then maybe you throw it at the beginning in the end of your loop just to Jack it out but hey there you go man very easy very simple if you're a man over 40 50 60 70 that wants to build muscle in the comfort of your own home then check out and click the link here and download my lean muscle total body workouts using only a set of dumbbells in the comfort of your own home funk Roberts guys like this share this let me know what other workouts you have and I'll see you in the next workout get it done
