Great work out I like the combo, only change I would made is different hit exercises each time as I get bored easily 🙂
Love the structure of hiit and strength and high calorie burn. Only mishap was I cross/jabbed my own thumbnail into the other hand and broke the skin. 🙂 oopsie Dangerous workout! 🙂

The power of clean eating!!! Today I ate a good amount of veggies with meat (sorry, I can't avoid it, I love meat) and it's been a while since I last ate bread, lately I tried my best not to skip meals (breakfast specially), and been eating fish, green tea, adding chia seeds to my detox water, etc. I did this workout and felt fulled of energy all the way through! I'm half dead by the end of it lol, but I'm amazed on how my body kept going on the HIIT portion! Love you FB!

I remember the first Time I did this, my legs were so sore during the workout specially with that Squat jack jumps. But now I feel the pain but I have more resistance, and that makes me feel so proud of my self. Thanks fitnessblender! Amazing workout!
