Should I be using the same weight for push vs pull exercises? For example the first 2 exercises, I noticed I can load more weight for my quads than my hamstrings. Should wait until my hamstrings catch up before increasing weight on the quads?

Thank you for sharing this video! I am DEFINITELY often guilty of being too intimidated to go into the weight room at my local gym…which leaves me limited to the universal machines — which are great but tend to limit your range of motion.
Please mention all exercises from mon to sat for women for fat loss

Thanks, I was at the gym at about 1am so I was like theres only 5 other people here noone will be watching if I fuck up, so I tried like almost all the weight machines. Then I couldnt get my motorbike helmet out of the locker and some guy helped me out as he was leaving and was like oh hey, btw you were jumping from machine to machine without doing that one properly, I was mortified, 2nd day at the gym, I assume he was trying to be helpful but I was just like oh shit someone was watching lol, so thanks I needed this, hopefully I wont get that again xD

This is sooooo stinking helpful. I just started at the gym and definitely have a loving relationship with the treadmill. I am such a novice I have been afraid to touch machines other than cardio. So many buff people I feel like I would look a fool 😂 but after this video I'm ready to get in there and give them hell!
