i have been working out every second day since 1 month , i just finished this workout i followed every step , not even a sweat drop ,no burn at all , any professional answer for me please , did i do it wrong or my muscles got developed ?

This was very good, but I dont think for beginners! I have done several other of this ladies videos for beginner and they have all pushed me but this one is most difficult! But I liked it and hope I become stronger!
