owner and head coach of Forever Strong Fitness and Performance. And I just wanna reach
out and just say to you what Forever Strong is really. And I believe that
Forever Strong is a haven for people that have tried

stressed and stressed. And most of it was coming from within. So I decided to do something about it and I learnt how to eat properly. But when I say eat
properly I mean habit wise. I changed my habits, I
changed my lifestyle, and it wasn’t easy. I told myself I could do it
and I was determined enough and I came out the other
side and I succeeded. I sought help where I needed help from and I got to somewhere where I was happy. And that’s what we do
now at Forever Strong. Myself and the other coaches
and the other gym members, because we’re all a big family, we’re all a big community
and we help each other along. We work on your mindset, because it’s more than
just about nutrition. We provide you with training so you know exactly what you’re doing. We help you with your nutrition so we lay out a framework
for that as well. You plug in the food that you like to eat, so it doesn’t feel like you’re on a diet. And if you mess up, so what, you mess up. You get straight back
on track and you’ve got the support and the guidance
and the accountability from us as the Forever Strong coaches and also from that community of people that you’ve immersed and
involved yourself with. And they will drag you through it. So when you can’t be
arsed at getting up early in the morning to go to
the gym or you’ve had a hard day at work and you
can’t drag yourself there, there are people waiting for you, expecting you to turn up, so you turn up. And you never leave
those doors feeling crap. Never ever. You’ll always feel those doors feeling like a million dollars. So it doesn’t matter how you walk in, what’s important is how you walk out. You’ll have a great time,
you’ll feel energized, and the results speak for themselves. The guys and girls that
we get more energy, they do more with the
kids, more with the family, they’re eating better,
they’re sleeping better, their mind’s in a better place. We’ve got people that have
got promotions at work, they’ve got tattoos. And a 40 odd year old getting a tattoo, I’m like, “Why the hell
are you getting a tattoo?” She went, “Oh I never
had the confidence to “take a top off before
in front of other people. “But now I’ve got the confidence, “I’ve always wanted a tattoo.” So we are changing lives,
it’s as simple as that, okay? It’s not just a diet, it’s not just a training plan, we change lives. Now that’s a big, bold
