There was some workouts that I simply didn't have the strength to do. It would have been nice if there was some modified forms in there.
I already have somewhat abs but Jesus some of them killed me

I love these workouts but I really struggle doing the side ones and some of the more strenuous front abs ones… what can I do instead?
Really great set, very clear demos with impeccable spine posture. I also like that you don’t rush and lose quality of movement like some YouTube ab routines. Core stuff is so much harder done slow and controlled. Awesome
The side crunches didn't work for me but the rest definitely did

Idk how you can do your crunches without something to keep your feet down😂 I tried doing it your way and I just ended up lifting my legs and back at the same time😅 I just looked at myself like…….. well that didn’t work😂 so I moved myself to my couch to keep my feet down
