So the most important thing to me was as I’m
aging, as a woman, to keep as strong and healthy as I can be. I’m stronger now, in my 60’s,
than I ever was before at half my age; and it’s just amazing to me when my trainer says
you can do this, when I think there’s no way in the world I can – that no only I’ve done
it, but I continue to do it, and I do even more.
