hi limbs are here from firehouse fitness the workout of the week this week is a functional circuit if you've not got much time to train with in the gym this training method is absolutely amazing because you can get so much in within a short period of time so you've got four exercises you've got tire flips but I'll rip slams medicine ball slams and you've got ground to overhead with a clip you're going to complete each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest once you've completed all the exercises you will do four rounds give it a girl let us know how you get on thank you thanks for watching guys hope you enjoyed don't forget to check out work over the week at every Monday
