I am an almost 60-year-old woman who just started strength training again after some 30 year hiatus. In-home dumbbell, bench and video clips works best for me, and this clip is one of my favourites. Easy to follow, instructor is not at all condescending, and it works. A few weeks ago I couldn't stand from a crouching position free-hand. No problem now.
