I really liked this workout and I appreciated the information regarding hydration, drinking electrolytes ("water is not enough") and having protein shakes 30 minutes after workout. I didn't know the importance of doing this.

Im thankful that i found this! If you've watched Rebecca Louise enough you would know that This is how she Always does her workout videos. It's Really hard to speak up and encourage us but she does it anyway! Thanks for this video ❤️
She is a great trainer and super effective, very pleasing to the eye but her screaming really grates can you do the music only version for her (((sorry)))
I do like this workout it just really is a shame about the shouting. Don't let it put you off though and stick with it 🙂🙂
Tone it down! She yells more than Sergeant Carter!
There are some good cues given but several opportunities were missed in terms of instruction, such as talking about specific muscles used & where a participant should feel the exercises. Modifications and breathing/core cues would be a wonderful addition as well as something mentioned regarding appropriate weight choice (other than what might be too heavy). The exercises were straight forward but a little boring. The instructor gave some helpful information and I appreciated her enthusiasm however at times it seemed over the top & honestly got annoying after a while. Liked the core work! 🙂
Ahhh gee I LOVE the workout, but the shouting is literally painful. It kinda makes the strain worse? I need a quiet, encouraging tone. I love you Rebecca but pleeeease don't shriek like that.
