QUESTION, I take an Aqua Fit Class several times a week. We run laps during class but my feet are touching the bottom of the pool at all times. The water is four feet at the ends of the pool and five feet in the middle. Is this belt only effective in deep water or can it help me in my class in waist to shoulder deep water?

@Rainey6135 There is an exercise he can do called "Cross Country Ski" in which he can extend his legs a bit more. I think he was doing this stuff in the pool as a demo to the product.
I've been doing water aerobic exercises and using the AquaJogger belt and equipment over the last month or so, and I've already lost about 12 lbs. I do the Deltabells (Aquajogger buoyancy "weights") twice a week, and I get one hell of a workout. I did one the other night that literally kicked my ass. I also walk/jog from the shallow end to the deep end of the pool and then reverse the procedure. DON'T let water exercising fool you! IT'S NOT only for old people and girls..it's for anyone.
