I also have very stubborn triceps, what has helped me is upping the pushing volume in general, which means that I do a lot of compound exercises for chest / shoulders on push day that all involve the triceps as well, and that finally made them grow. But Wesley, you always talk about how your shoulders are already big enough in comparison with the rest, so doing heavy overhead press and heavy shoulder press along with bench press and other chest exercises might be counter-productive if balance is the goal, but it might be something to consider.
