Say Scooby, would you say that the backpack push ups are a great alternative to the bench press?
hallo. i have started to push up with weighed backpack. i put 15 kilos inside it. i do push up teice a week with 4 reps (8 times for each). how long will it approximately take to reach 30-40 kilos. how should i train to get it

It's hard to get an 8 gallon container into the pack! Especially with the towels in there to keep the weight at the top. It would be great if someone invented a frame you can get under with the weight poised ready/ I'm sure it can't be hard to invent.
