Doing push ups have totally changed my body,feels great after workout.
I’m not sure if you check this anymore…but I’m on military training for 2 weeks and I figured there’s no better time to start calisthenics…long days and no time for gym! I just completed this work at basic level and I’m drench in sweat. I kept reps low to focus on form! I had some issues with archer push ups but it will come in time. Thanks again 😘…hope all is well.

you have the ideal body im' pursuing. Do you also do weight lifting or strictly calisthenics?
for bodyweight and even calis or sw does reps affect to progress of muscle grow or 10 and 20 should be fine and if only do normal pu and pulls up chin ups also build more muscle or must do less reps and do variet (many form and advance lv etc) to build better or more quickly ?
is this for beginers i never tried calisthenics
