Pull ups & Rows are great Compound Pulling Exercises to train Lats (& Back/Biceps) – So don’t misunderstand this Video to avoid or exclude them.
Here are some other Variations targeting Lats, also with Alternatives depending on the own Ability and what kind of Equipment available, or just for some Variation/Addition (even on the Bar) to the typical Pull up and Row Exercises.
