Day 39 of SpringAhead for me but I began with the Day 37 Cardio Bootcamp Boogie as I didn’t get to do this earlier in the week as I got my cardio on that day on a hike. I had forgotten how really good this routine is. Lots of options for different levels of fitness as we progress and get fitter too. This one at only 26 minutes is over so fast too.

A good sweat, though this one was a little hard on my neck, even though I stayed low impact.
Just perfect! Challenging but not totally exhausting which is what I was looking for.

That is so funny with the dog. Everytime she starts exercising the dog goes over near her like he's say "Will you stop already, you're at it again". So cute. It's like the dog is saying give it a rest already, what are you doing. I love small dogs.
Oh my goodness – my fat was crying today, man was I sweating! We are having a very rare heatwave this week in the UK and this was tough but I am so happy I finished it!

This is indeed an amazing routine and workout. It is such fun and it is over so fast. I have found it to be the perfect partner today for Boogie IT from Walk Strong 3. I was feeling a little low this morning and found it hard to get the energy to move but I did.These two routines got my heart pumping and endorphins flowing and I am feeling on top of the world again. Thanks Jessica for helping me keep the motivation to continue to take care of my body (and mind).

At the time its hard to imagine that you could possibly feel great coz this workout does take it all out of you towards the end but once i was finished and i got my breath back i actually felt even more energetic than when i started !! I'm actually amazed at the after effect from this workout !i dont even have the patience to be sitting down for too long at the moment, feel like i wanna move all over again wheras i thought i'd feel knackered ! Thank you so much for these workouts jessica. You'v been such a great help xx
