Something I think needs to be shared: in a pinch if you don't have a resistance band you can use an old bra clipped around your thighs for the clamshells.

I did the last two workouts on Saturday because I fell behind….My calves are soo sore, it hurts just to WALK and the very first exercise we’re gonna do is jumping squats!? 😭 Just take me out of my misery now lol ..Alright. Enough crying. I’m gonna get it done ✅ 😯
