Oof. I am so out of shape. And I need more practice following even something this basic. Still, this is a good starting point for me when I am more out of shape than I have ever been before due to health issues. I am glad I am finding some things I can actually do to build up.

This looks doable. I am searching hard for work-outs I can do at home which won't cause me too much pain. Not saying I won't work for fitness: I will and I have in the past, but everyone has different starting points and sometimes health conditions to work with.

This was a bit more difficult than I expected for a beginners workout, the fast toe touches can cause some serious injury….that being said, I modified this workout, and still got a good sweat on. Thank you!
The last video I watched saying it was for beginners was definitely too hard for anyone just starting out. I appreciate that when you say basic you mean it's good enough to get a decent work out but it's not difficult!
