It’s nice to be at a gym where you don’t just see one body type, you see people of all fitness levels, all over their personal fitness journey and the coaches are also really just fun and energetic. They know everyone’s name they know when you’re slacking off and you know they’re right there with you throughout the whole class. I was bulkier and more weight focused in college and now I want to move more towards being leaner and I have increased stamina and endurance and I think that Basecamp is perfect that transition because it doesn’t focus on maxing out. It doesn’t focus on like vanity muscles or just looking good. It’s like a real full body workout that changes all the time and it’s exactly what I’m looking for.
