哈囉 我是 「Calisthenic Movement」 的 Alex 有許多影片是介紹伏地挺身的各種變化形式 在本片裡 我將只介紹幾個針對一些特定目標的特別有效的練法 因為你無法將每個變化形一口氣整合到你的訓練中 請自己看看 集中訓練肩部肌群 你可以練「擬水平(偽俄式)伏地挺身」 根據將肩部前傾於雙手之前多遠 可以藉此調整訓練強度 為了乾淨俐落的操作 你應當著意於伸展肩胛 若這對你而言太困難 可減少前傾程度而讓它比較好做 專門要練三頭肌 你可練「獅身人面像式伏地挺身」 練它時 你也必須外張肩胛骨來將它正確操作 調整適合的訓練強度時 你可將肩膀更朝前傾來增加 或後移來予以減低 也可藉由改手臂與腿的高度來調強度 腿變高則增強訓練強度 臂變高則會減弱 若你想要高強度 並兼顧你的核心穩定能力 可用單手來做 試著讓身體保持挺直 並讓肩部盡可能保持水平 且不要讓臀部扭轉 如果做不到的話 那麼這樣的訓練強度對你來說太強了 在這情況下 你可練「弓箭手式伏地挺身」來讓訓練變容易些 當成將來能單手做伏地挺身的準備 你可一步步增加練習強度 藉著讓打直的那支手減少支撐 例如只用幾根手指幫忙 針對對身體的控制、技巧、與平衡 你可練倒立徒手撐 這主要使用到你的前肩 但是也需要三頭肌以及肩胛區的許多肌群 升上去時 肩胛不要往兩邊外開而是抬升 當下降時 你應該要讓雙肘朝後 以避免罹患「肩關節夾擠症候群」 你也必須在下降時將肩膀前送 並讓身體往後傾斜以保持平衡 當往上時 […]
