– Here are some frequently asked questions that we get about Driven’s AMINO™. Number one, “How much should I take?”. Driven’s AMINO™ comes
in a five-gram serving. You can take one serving anywhere between one to four times per day. It just depends on when
you’re working out, how much you’re exercising,
and how much recovery you need. Number two, “When should
I take Driven’s AMINO™?”. Driven’s AMINO™ is really meant to be taken throughout the day. It’s technically called a peri-workout. You can take it pre,
intra, as well as post. I personally like to put it in my water and drink it throughout the day. It’s also very important
for you to take it right before you’re either
working out or during. Because this is going
to allow your protein which you’re going to take
post workout, to work better. Number three, “How should
I take Driven AMINO™?”. That’s really up to you and
your personal taste preferences. I personally like adding it
in about 20 ounces of water. And then that way it’s just
lightly flavored and I can sip on it throughout the day
or throughout my workout. If it’s something that you are wanting to get right in your system right away, there’s really no downside to adding it in four to five ounces of water. It’s just gonna be a little sweeter than what you may prefer. Number four, “Do I need
to cycle Driven’s AMINO™?”. Absolutely not! This is a product you can
take seven days a week, 365 days a year, and
there’s no downside to that. Number five, “What happens
if I skip a serving?”. Absolutely nothing. Your body just may not recover as well as it may have, had you taken it. But just go about your day and then remember it during your next workout. Hopefully these five
