Not all diets are right for everyone, what
works for me may not be effective for you and may even cause you health issues, and
what works for you may not be suitable for me. For a diet to be effective it needs to be
adapted to your needs, your body type and your habits and you need to follow it strictly
if you want to have good results. If you google diet you’ll come up with hundreds
of thousands of hit but to be honest they’re all probably going to require you to starve
to death in order to lose weight. They may be effective but are they healthy? Are they good for you? Is there a diet that’s both healthy and
fat-burning at the same time? Luckily for you, the answer is yes, there
is one such diet, composed by a cardiologist who had our health in mind when composing
the diet. Aside from following the diet you should also
start some workout regime and exercise at least 30 minutes every day, if you follow
this regime you can lose up to 10 kilos in just 7 days. The Diet. The eggs are a staple of this diet and should
always be consumed boiled only! Breakfast. Breakfast is the same every day, one piece
of fruit of your choice as long as it’s not a banana or grape. Day 1. Lunch. 1 orange, 200ml yogurt (1 cup) and 1 egg. Dinner. 2 eggs, 2 toasts, 2 tomatoes and half a lettuce
or cucumber Day 2. Lunch. 1 egg, 1 orange and 200ml yogurt. Dinner. 1 cup of tea or coffee, 1 orange, 1 toast,
125gr. beef. Day 3. Lunch. 1 egg, 1 cucumber and 1 orange. Dinner. 1 orange, 1 toast, 125gr. beef, 1 cup of tea or coffee. Day 4. Lunch. 1 tomato, 125gr. cottage cheese and 1 toast. Dinner. 1 orange, 1 toast, 125gr. beef, 1 cup of tea or coffee. Day 5. Lunch. 1 tomato, 1 toast and 200gr. meat or fish. Dinner. 225gr. of mixed peas, carrots and potatoes. All the veggies should be cooked without salt;
you shouldn’t drink alcohol under any circumstances during the diet. Eat according to the diet plan for 5 straight
days, take a break for 2 days and continue again. If you have heart problems, you should consult
with a cardiologist if you plan on starting this diet plan.
