On a normal turbo trainer, please explain the raise effort from level 5 to 7 ect

I'm already doing a HIIT/Tabata routine a couple days a week, but looking to supplement with a good cardio on those off days. Is this good or too intense? Looking to stay conditioned for hockey thru the summer.
I am not an outdoor cyclist. I just love my stationary spin bike and explore YouTube videos to guide my workouts. I just finished this one. My legs are noodles and I might die. If not, I will be back tomorrow for more. Excellent stuff!

I’ve created my own playlist with several 40 min or under trining vids, really enjoy them. Just added this one…loved it! But a Kckr question…. are they really that loud or was your audio different? The other videos with different trainers I haven’t noticed any noise.
My favourite GCN workout so far. Love the mix of tempo and big efforts.
This was my first time trying these GCN workouts. What is the 1-10 scale? I thought it was max effort, so 1= 50% FTP, 3=80% FTP, 9=250% FTP and 10=300+% FTP. It's not possible to keep up those efforts for those time periods. Halfway through, I had averaged 125% of my FTP (and that included the warmup). I couldn't finish.
Brutal. Now beer o'clock.
I completed the Etape Du Tour 2018 based on GCN videos, not having much time to train due to work and all manor of things the only time I could find was late evenings and the boys and girls of GCN keep me on track with the training until just before the event I had some time to put in the longer rides. Whilst I am not saying I would recommend this sort of training for everyone it worked for me, thank you very much.
Anyone have an idea what background music they're playing at the start? It's pretty catchy and I'd like to use it when I'm on trainerroad. Thanks! x

It was a fun roller session until I got dropped by Lloyd. Bastard.
Great workout this, but I think your mic is a bit too far away from your mouth. I can hardly hear a word your saying. I didn't realise the cadence had dropped to 60 until halfway through that particular set. Enjoyed it though 👍😫😌💪
That's a great workout. Only thing is, I found it quite difficult to hear what he's saying because the music is a bit too loud.
