I think the most difficult move was the bear crawl/pike/jump. Wow! my thighs were screaming but I told them the pain was only temporary. I love how you squeeze a few difficult exercises in the mix. They can't all be easy. I did this workout 2x b/c it was fun & I had an extra 30 minutes to crush. So thank U!
Hardest move was the bear stance jumps, way harder than they look! Have a great day, you started mine off good!
