After the first few days, this workout is getting better for me! Exercising can trigger chemicals that make you feel good and motivate you to keep going, and I feel like I got that! My legs don't look too different after the first few days, but I have started to run a bit too and stretch afterward to get more out of my workout.
have nasty stretch marks and my inner thighs constantly rub against each that the have started to wear out my pants

I used to do this workout but not everday , and I must say it definitely slims down your legs but I’m not happy enough because I didn’t do it everday.
I’m going to try this everday but I’m dealing with personal problems so I really need motivation… so pls like my comment hahaha
