I recommend you don't do this everyday, why? Your muscles need time to repair, you might find yourself with no results, try this, but make sure you have a 1-2 day break and you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep, don't forget diet and cardio plays a big role too.

This really demonstrates how you can get a good workout in without necessarily using weights. I do this routine every day after my run. I've had such great results that I have a few other firemen copying "my" routine. Good stuff Ariane.
So after 1 week of this workout, I can see definition and actually feel my muscles reactivated. I used to be quite active playing basketball, swing dancing and zumba but have stopped since I found out I have anhidrosis (started when I moved to Melbourne in 2003), which makes it really difficult for me to exercise. Even Bikram Yoga did nothing! This workout is a god-send!! Thank you, Ariane!! I will highly recommend you to my family & friends. For now… I will start on the six pack video! 😀
I have looked everywhere for a simple workout like this, without using any weights/equipments. THANK YOU!! This is my first day and unfortunately, I couldn't finish all sets but I'm trying!! I cheated and did 5 of each set for 2 separate times this evening. I will do this workout everyday for the next 2 weeks and see how I go. I'm LOVING the sore feeling of my arms, shoulders and core already. 😀
