Did it! The last 6 minutes I changed the intervals to 30 walk/30 light jog. I used to jog regularly but it’s been many years. Hoping to get back into it again. Thanks for the video!
This was harder than I estimated! I pushed myself to do a jog, run, sprint and my whole body was burning by the end.

What fun! I did this with a step, and did steps off each side laterally for the sprints and knee raises for the moderate pace..I made it work for my knee. Thanks Pahla 🙂 !

I enjoyed this video (though I was having an issue with the sound being off from the video, so I just watched your feet 😛 ). I find it easier to keep going when I vary the pace, probably because I'm not really a runner and am very new to it….sort of testing the waters to see if it's a good activity for me. I do find myself still working out what the proper footfall should be, though. I thought mid-strike was running on the balls of your feet, but after watching some people running, I'm thinking that's not right. Are we talking about trying to put the entire foot down at the same time?
I really like these Friday fun runs they are helping me with my knee injury my doctor told me I have sprained it.😀
